Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Anamorph account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your scans, notes, and progress reports are removed from our systems, except where we must keep limited records to comply with the law.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Anamorph and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your local data and cloud account data tied to your user. There is no waiting period once you confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at marek@theanamorph.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email linked to Anamorph).
Your scan photos stored for your account.
Your scan notes / journal entries and progress reports.
Your reminder preferences and device push tokens tied to the account.

What may be retained

We may keep minimal records (such as fraud-prevention or legal-compliance logs) for a limited period after deletion where required by law, separate from your scan content.
